LabelWriter Duo Thermal Label Printer (69120), December 8, 2009 By Pete (NY& CA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Dymo LabelWriter Duo Thermal Label Printer - Monochrome - Direct Thermal - 55 lpm Mono - 300 dpi - USB (Office Product) I own two of these and have used both daily for over four years without a problem. I run them with XP pro on several PCs and a laptop. Does everything they say and more. If you print alot of labels and tape, no one else comes close.

Dymo had crappy os x support, May 26, 2009 By This review is from: Dymo LabelWriter Duo Thermal Label Printer - Monochrome - Direct Thermal - 55 lpm Mono - 300 dpi - USB (Office Product) I have a different model, supposedly supported under OS X tiger, the 330. I've just spent several hours browsing support sites, installing and re-installing the drivers, and it seems like the products just dont' work on intel macs reliably. Have no idea if the brother is any better. Sad sad sad.
